Connect to my home WiFi - says no internet, secured. Only on the home WiFi, it’s fine on hotspot. Tried ipconfig /flushdns advfirewall winsock etc tried updating the drivers still nothing. Does anyone
There is no need to detail my attempts to "fix" this problem. There are Many postings in this group. This is clearly a Win 8.1 problem. Please fix this problem.

Internet Explorer To improve performance for IE you can reset internet explorer to factory settings. This will disable memory chewing addons and toolbars etc that you've installed over time. In Internet Explorer click Tools button on the command bar then Internet Options. Go to the Advanced tab and click the Reset button.
