I can vouch for Toms Key programmer. You need one working fob to make up to a total of four working fobs. I too had one fob with emergency key, plus the tailgate key. I was concerned about losing it; breaking it. When you get the programmer, you erase all other fobs but the one you have, then add each one back (or your new ones).
